SIMPLE PAST TENSE
(Di’li GEÇMİŞ ZAMAN, FİİL CÜMLELERİ)
Türkçede fiillere -dı, -di, -du, -dü, (-tı, -ti, -tu, -tü) ekleri getirilerek yapılan di’li geçmiş zaman bir eylemin içinde bulunulan zamandan önce yapıldığını ve kesinlikle bittiğini ifade eder. İngilizcede di’li geçmiş zamanda fiil cümleleri, fiilin past hali (Verb2) kullanılarak yapılır.
Fiilin “past hali” (V2) nedir?
İngilizcede her fiilin geçmiş yani past hali vardır. Fiilin ikinci hali (Verb2) olarak ta adlandırılan bu kelimeler, eylemin veya olayın geçmişte kaldığını gösterir. Fiiller ikinci hallerine göre düzenli ve düzensiz fiiller olmak üzere ikiye ayrılır. Düzenli fiillerin ikinci hallerini elde etmek için fiilin ilk halinin ya da yalın halinin sonuna -d,

Positive Sentences (Olumlu cümleler)

Negative Sentences (Olumsuz cümleler)
